I want to buy online but I am not very confident about my shoe size?
To address this issue we have made specific size charts for every single shoe uploaded on our website. You can either cross check your size with a couple of shoes in your closet or simply choose to measure your foot length in cm. Rest assured! You will get your perfect shoe.

How do I address a quality problem with a shoe?
Each shoe, we ship is personally checked by our Quality Check department to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our product quality, please contact our Customer Support.

Does the price you quote on the website include taxes, VAT and service charges and stuff like that?
Yes, the prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all the applicable taxes!

Is the specialized footwear for medical problems available on the ‘actionestore.com’?
Yes,you can have specialized footwear for specific medical problemsin our online and retail stores. We would be delighted to hear from you and help you. Please write to/contact our customer care department.

Do I need to sign up or register?
It is recommended that you sign up for an account to avail any future benefits we may give to privileged customers.

However this is not mandatory and you are free to order without signing up!


Ordering

So how do I go about ordering?
Ordering at ‘actionestore.com’ is very easy. Just select the items you want to shop, choose the color and size, enter the quantity and click on ’Add to Cart’. If you think you have made your selection, click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. Enter the required information on the Checkout page and click on the ‘Place Order’ button and you are done!
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation and text message from ‘actionestore.com’.


What if I face difficulties while trying to complete the ordering process?

How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched, we send you an email with your order number, tracking details and name of your logistics provider.
Please check your spam for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates.


How do I track my Order?
After the order is shipped, an email is sent to you that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.Visit the website of your logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

I used my tracking number to check the details of my shipment but the information is not clear to me?
Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below. If it didn't answer your question please call us.

You should receive your order within 2 days, or less, if your shipping destination is a major metro city, otherwise within 7-10 daysbusiness days (all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays).
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.


I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
We, at ‘actionestore.com’ take immense pride in being lightening fast, however the current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amountas per our Return policies.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order, please drop a mail to us at sales@actionestore.comwith your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

Do you allow exchanges?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on www.actionestore.com.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no. However you can simply place another order.


PAYMENT

Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone however the payment mode possible for these orders is ‘Cash on Delivery’ only.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by the bank within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.


What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your ‘actionestore.com’ purchases using:
· Credit Card: We accept all cards under the aegis of Master Card and Visa.
· Debit Card: We accept MasterCard debit cards and Visa debit cards of all banks. We also accept SBI Maestro cards, other maestro cards and CITI debit card.
· Net Banking: Use your net-banking account to pay for your orders. We currently partner with Axis Bank, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Corporation Bank, Development Credit Bank, Federal Bank, Indian Overseas Bank,    IndusInd Bank, Industrial Development Bank of India, Jammu and Kashmir Bank, Karnataka Bank, South Indian Bank, Union Bank of India, United Bank of India and Yes Bank
· Cash on Delivery (COD). In any case, if you aren’t comfortable with a credit card payment or net banking,we always accept orders on phone but only with ‘COD’ option where you can pay cash on delivery. However, we charge a very nominal fee of Rs. 35 for COD orders, which is completely waived off for all prepaid orders.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

What is the process for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a confirmation call from us or alternatively, you can call us at 1800 420 0230 to confirm your order. Unless the order is confirmed on call, we wouldn’t be able to go ahead and process your order! Once you receive the order, please pay only in cash. Do not pay any additional charges (Octroi, etc.) to the courier staff either. Your invoice amount is all-inclusive.

Is there a purchase limit for a ‘Cash on Delivery’ purchase?
Yes, ‘Cash on Delivery’ option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 10000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Net-banking or Credit-card.

Why isn’t COD available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is offered by our Courier partners at select serviceable locations. Please check the list of locations where our Courier partners provide ‘Cash on Delivery (COD) option’.
However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.


SHIPPING

What is the shipping philosophy of ‘actionestore.com’?
‘actionestore.com’promises to provide you with a great shopping experience. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact and on time.

Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is absolutely free for all orders of value Rs 699 or more!
For orders below Rs 699 a nominal shipping charge of Rs 80 would apply. Else for free shipping, you could choose to buy multiple products in one order so that the total order value is Rs 699 or more.
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have a convenience charge of Rs 35. The COD charges are completely waived off for all prepaid orders.
The shipping charge (for orders below Rs 699) and the COD convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
If you have prepaid for your order and your order value is Rs 699 or above, then you will receive a complete refund on the value of the goods!

Do you ship internationally?
For bulk orders, we do ship internationally. For exports, please send your query at ‘sales@actionestore.com’ and we shall get back to you.


Return and Refunds

What is the returns policy of ‘actioestore.com’?
We give"No Questions Asked 30 Days Return Policy!"
At anytime, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of paid price. Do drop us an email at ‘return@actionestore.com’ within a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery.
However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.

Please note:

1. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by ‘actionestore.com’ team.
2. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
3. Products sold under promotional offers cannot be returned.
4. The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.


Do you provide a pick up from home in case I want to return a product?
Yes we provide pickup from your doorstep from most cities. To know if reverse pickup is available at your location, please check at reverse pick up location list. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep we always refund you the courier charges. The refund amount for courier charges is subject to our policies.

What are the ‘dos and don’ts’, I should keep in mind while returning the goods?
Being a good customer, please follow these instructions:
1. Place your item in the shoe box in its original packaging along with the invoice.
2. Put this shoe box in the complementary return poly-bag provided by us, fold the flaps and seal the bag by peeling off the tape strip and fixing the same in one shot. This is a tamper proof bag and can’t be opened, once sealed.
3. Mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the top of the box.
4. Schedule a pickup at our cost using our logistics partner by calling us.
5. In caseyour pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you would need to self-ship the return item. For reimbursement of all self-shipped returns, you will need to email us a scanned copy of your courier slip, which would  be    reimbursed to a maximum value of Rs 100.
6. If your returned goods do not pass our quality check (unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. then we will be charging Rs 100 for reshipment of the same on your request.

Don’ts:
1) Return of a product will not be accepted without its original packing.
2) Make sure your return products are unused, unwashed and with all tags (security seal) and stickers intact.


How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection.

In case,our logistics provideris not giving the facility of pick-up, you have to send the product back on your own. In this case, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection that takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.


Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, you may return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products, which came along with it along with the original invoice.
